Ideally suited to the poors soils and harsh environment in the
Appellation of Rueda, the vineyards of Verdejo are located in
the west of Segovia, planted in very sandy soils covered with
alluvial pebbles, where the vines produce the finest grapes
possible in this region, especially graceful to produce quality
white wines.

The wine exudes intense aromas of white flowers and fresh
fruit with exotic tropical notes, infused with mouthwatering
aromas of lemon curd, beatifully focused and wound-up, the
attack is packed with a lush mix of apple and pear.

Food pairings:
Seafood as stuffed mussels, oysters, shrimps, and scallops,
fish, vegetables, rices and pasta.
