Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Vineyards and elaboration:


This wine has been made from grapes from certified Organic
vineyards following the regulations of the European Union.
Vineyards of the Verdejo variety, native to the area, are
planted on sandy soils covered with pebbles and are located
in the southeastern part of the Rueda Denomination of Origin
in the province of Segovia.


The harvest was done manually and the grapes were pressed,
the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled
temperature to preserve all its characteristic aromas. This
wine is also Vegan as none animal component is used in its
production.


Wine Tasting:
With an attractive straw yellow color, its aromas of white
fruits are mixed with herbaceous notes such as laurel, fennel
and aromatic plants such as thyme, in the mouth it is
balanced with light and refreshing acidity, it offers some
bitter notes typical of the Verdejo variety, and a tasty and
long finish.


Food pairings:


Good accompaniment to seafood such as seafood, fish, pasta
and salads, white meat, etc ..
