For orders totaling €50.00 or more, we offer free delivery exclusively for customers in Malta and Gozo. This special offer is applicable only to orders shipped within these regions.

We strive to provide timely deliveries within Malta and Gozo, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause slight delivery delays. International Shipping Policy

We strive to provide a professional and seamless shipping experience.

Shipment Method: We utilize Malta Post as our primary shipping service provider.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Foreign Parcel Post: Approximately 6 days
- Expedited Mail Service (EMS): 4 to 6 days
- MaltaPost Express International (MEI): 3 days
Please note that occasional delivery delays may occur.
Additionally, we would like to emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or if a product is held at the outgoing mail sorting center.
In the event that an order does not reach the buyer, we will promptly provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned order.
We cannot be held responsible if a buyer chooses to refuse the order for any reason.
If the buyer desires reshipment of the package, they will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses as well as any fees incurred by Nutrition Empire for the retrieval of the declined parcel from Malta Post.
Alternatively, Nutrition Empire will issue a refund, with the deduction of shipping expenses and any fees accrued for the retrieval of the rejected parcel.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information for your Nutrition Empire order.
Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Furthermore, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays in delivery, fees, or other complications that may arise from an order being shipped to an incorrect address.
In the event that such an error leads to the rejection, loss, or destruction of an order, a refund will not be provided. If the error results in the return shipment of the order to us, a refund for the merchandise's cost will be issued upon our receipt of the products. This refund will be minus the shipping cost and any applicable return shipping fees.
If the expense of returning the order exceeds the total value of the merchandise, Nutrition Empire will coordinate with the shipping carrier to abandon the package, and in such a scenario, a refund will not be granted.
Customs Seizure Policy:
We are unable to provide refunds for orders that have been seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs, unless the seized items are returned to us. If the order is successfully returned, a refund will be processed for the merchandise's cost.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Moreover, any expenses related to return shipping or customs fees for returned orders will be subtracted from the refund amount.
In cases where the expenses for returning a rejected package surpass the overall value of the merchandise, Nutrition Empire will coordinate with the shipping carrier to abandon the package. In this circumstance, a refund will not be issued.
Restricted Items Notice:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Upon shipping your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that Nutrition Empire Co Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
Any fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages:
While we take utmost care in packaging and handling your products, Nutrition Empire Co Ltd cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We kindly request that you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

Order Cancellation and Reimbursement:
If the customer decides to cancel the order before it has been shipped, Nutrition Empire will reimburse the buyer's money, less any PayPal fees. Conversely, if we cancel the purchase, we will fully reimburse the payment.
