Lactose-free kefir milk with royal jelly. Lactose-free fermented cow's milk (less than 0.01 g per 100 g) with royal pope enriched with vitamin B3 and magnesium. Without yeast.

Kefir is a particular fermented milk consumed for centuries in the Caucasian tradition, known to be considered the drink of the centenarians. The term kefir comes from an Armenian word, keif, which means well-being. Milk Kefir Plus, made simply with partially skimmed milk and with the addition of live lactic ferments characteristic of kefir, such as Lactococcus lactis, offers you all the natural well-being rooted in a wise tradition. Vitamin B3 and magnesium both contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system; calcium to the normal function of digestive enzymes. A varied and balanced diet, exercise and an active lifestyle are important for health.
