Product marketing
Kefir is a particular fermented milk consumed for centuries in the Caucasian tradition, known to be considered the drink of the centenarians. The term kefir comes from an Armenian word, keif, which means well-being. Milk Kefir Plus, made simply with partially skimmed milk and with the addition of live lactic ferments characteristic of kefir, such as Lactococcus lactis, offers you all the natural well-being rooted in a wise tradition. Vitamin E and zinc both contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system; calcium to the normal function of digestive enzymes. A varied and balanced diet, exercise and an active lifestyle are important for health.
