Pizza Margherita Saporita gluten-free
The gluten-free restaurant style: a mixture of rice and potatoes with a harmonious combination of tomato, mozzarella and marinated dried tomatoes.
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven
Electric: 220-230 °
Ventilated: ca 200 °
Gas: 230 °
2. Remove the casing, put the frozen pizza in the oven placing it on the grid in the lower part of the oven (medium part in the gas oven) and cook for 10-12 minutes. (gas 12-13 min.).
3. Cooking in an electric oven is recommended
Ingredients:
Tomato sauce 25%, MOZZARELLA 21% ( MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), rice flour 14.5%, water, potato starch, potato flakes 4.7%, dried tomatoes marinated 4.6% (dried tomatoes, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, aromatic herbs, acidifier: citric acid), pea protein, rapeseed oil, yeast, sugar, salt, thickeners: hydroxy-propyl-methyl cellulose, xanthan gum; extra-virgin olive oil, emulsifiers: lactic and acetic esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; modified starch, glucose syrup, spices, oregano, skimmed MILK powder, garlic, parsley, dextrose.
