Our casein is a milk protein concentrate rich in natural proteins designed to help recover, prevent muscle breakdown and boost muscle growth. We have created the product with the art of understanding the requirements of an athlete, bodybuilders, and regular gym-goers. Casein is a slow-digesting dairy protein that releases amino acids slowly, so we recommended taking it before bed to help recover and reduce muscle breakdown while they sleep. It increases fat metabolism, which is fundamental for a healthy lifestyle. Several studies have shown it helps boost muscle growth. Each 2-kilogram pack is generous enough to provide 66 servings, each 30 grams (1 scoop). A scoop of our casein constitutes 22 grams of the milk-derived protein responsible for building and repairing muscles. Also, it contains 5 grams of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), responsible for building and rebuilding lean muscle mass, and 2.6 grams of Leucine, which promotes muscle mass or prevents protein loss in several conditions characterized by muscle protein wasting. It also provides energy amounting to 469 kJ / 112 kcal. Suggested use: Dissolve 30 grams (1 scoop) of the powder in 200 ml of water. Besides, it has a smooth texture and, therefore, can be added to your preferred smoothie, shake, or even oats. However, individual nutritional requirements vary with body weight and level of training/exercise.
