What is Kombucha? 

Originally from China and nicknamed the "elixir of immortality", kombucha is a refreshing drink resulting from the fermentation of tea and sugar by the symbiosis of yeasts and bacteria which makes it naturally sparkling.

Kombucha is a live yeast drink, it is unpasteurised, unfiltered, organically grown, lacto-fermented and low in sugar since the sugars are absorbed during fermentation.

What are its benefits?

Kombucha contains antioxidants that will neutralise excess free radicals in the body and thus fight against cell ageing. This drink is also a natural diuretic which therefore helps to eliminate toxins from your body and facilitates digestion.

Tasting advice 

A film may form on the top of the gelatin bottle, don't get me wrong, it is a guarantee of quality.

We recommend a glass of kombucha after each meal. Kombucha is slightly tart, a bit like cider, it is fruity and refreshing.

Due to the natural formation of alcohol (< 2% vol.) during the lacto-fermentation process, this drink is not recommended for pregnant women and children.

Before opening, keep the drink upright in a cool place. After opening, keep in the refrigerator, in an upright position, and consume within 8 days.

Avoid shaking the bottle. Serve chilled.
