Sukrin is produced through a natural fermentation process, in which grape sugar is used as a raw material. This is the same method used to make wine and yoghurt, among other things. After fermentation, the product is cleaned, heated and filtered so that there are no traces of yeast remaining. It is therefore entirely safe to use Sukrin, even if you are intolerant to yeast, fungi or candida.

We also offer organic Sukrin. Flavour, consistency and areas of use are identical to those of original Sukrin.
