SUKRIN + ZERO CALORIE 250G

Sukrin Pluss (Sukrin +, Cukrin Plus) is a crystalline variant of Sukrin with the addition of stevia. It is an alternative sweetener with properties similar to those of conventional granulated sugar, but with almost double the sweetness. Sucrine itself is very gentle on the body. In combination with stevia, the positive effects of this plant are added.

Sucrine Plus (also sometimes referred to as Sucrine + or  Sugar Plus ) is a crystalline variant of Sukrin with added stevia. It is a 100% natural substitute for classic sugar and artificial sweeteners with properties very similar to those of classic sugar. It is made from grapes, from which a substance called erythritol, which has a sweet taste, is obtained by fermentation. In addition, sucrin Plus contains stevia extracts with the technical name steviol glycoside (Reb. A.).

Like Sukrin crystal, Sukrin Pluss is suitable for diabetics, celiacs, patients with candidiasis and all others who need to monitor calories or sugar levels in the body.

Sucrine Pluss  is similar in appearance to ordinary granulated sugar, it also tastes very similar, but it does not behave like sugar in the body. It is gentle on the teeth and does not damage them in any way, does not increase blood sugar levels, has no calories and, in addition, acts as an antioxidant. 

Sucrine Pluss  is very well dosed. Thanks to the added stevia extract, it is about 2 times sweeter than classic sugar. This is advantageous in the preparation of certain types of food, as it can be added twice as much as Sucrina crystal, which can result in a significantly better final taste.

Sucrine Pluss  can also be used for baking and cooking. It is suitable for the preparation of sweet drinks, pastries, sweets, jams… in short, wherever ordinary sugar is used.

Sucrine is produced by a natural fermentation process, using grape sugar as a raw material. This is the same method as for example wine or yogurt. After fermentation, the product is purified, heated and filtered so that no traces of yeast remain. Therefore, it is completely safe to use Sukrin even in cases where you have to be careful of yeast (fungi) or you suffer from candidiasis.

From a chemical point of view , succin is one of the sugar alcohols. It is a substance known as erythritol (E968). However, unlike some other sugar alcohols, such as sorbitol or xylitol, it does not cause any digestive problems and is completely safe.

Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana) is a light-loving tropical plant, known and popular for its healing effects and especially for its high sweetness. Stevia is mainly used as a sugar substitute. Stevia as a sweetener, unlike sugar, is almost non-caloric, does not contribute to the formation of tooth decay and is also suitable for diabetics.
