SOTTOLESTELLE WHOLEMEAL BUCKWHEAT FLOUR 500G

Dark gray in color and with a rustic flavor, it is a nutritious flour, rich in fiber and naturally gluten-free. In the kitchen it can be used for the preparation of fresh pasta, or for some traditional Italian dishes such as pizzoccheri or polenta.

Suitable for bread, focaccia and cakes, better if mixed with other flours to facilitate processing.
