SANCHI AGAR AGAR FLAKES 15G

Sanchi Agar Agar Flakes are a vegetarian friendly, gelatin substitute which can be used to thicken and stabilize sauces and deserts.

  • 15g.

  • Contains a variety of seaweed vegetation.

Traditionally, Agar Agar Flakes are sourced from sea vegetation that surround the waters of Japan. Often referred to as 'Kanten', Agar Agar has a neutral flavour and is free from any bleaching chemical or softening agents.

Agar Agar can be used in any recipe where gelatine is required, and is ideal for vegetarians and vegans. It contains no fat and is rich in calcium and iron.
