PASTA NATURA's pea flour pasta is perfect when combined with the classic ingredients with which you prepare peas such as spring onions, leeks and mint. 

A simple recipe with undoubted success is shells with pea flour with cherry tomatoes, green beans and extra virgin olive oil. 

A more refined dish, suitable for satisfying the most demanding palates, can be made by sautéing mushrooms flavored with garlic, oil and chilli pepper and then adding them to the sedanini with al dente pea flour. 

Or with cardoncelli mushrooms and broccoli. 

PASTA NATURA keeps cooking well, you won't find it flaked on the plate.

 A more delicate proposal, also suitable for children's tastes, is mezze penne with zucchini creamed with ricotta.
