PEAKS CHOCOLATE CAKEMIX 450G

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, flour: (rice, corn), chocolate drops 15% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: (sunflower lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate), natural vanilla flavour), starch: (potato, corn), cocoa powder (skimmed cocoa powder; acidity regulator: potassium carbonate ), raising agent: (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator: glucone delta lactone, thickener: xanthan gum.

PREPARATION CHOCOLATE CAKE

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bring all the ingredients to room temperature. Beat 4 eggs in a mixing bowl. Add 225 g of soft margarine and the chocolate cake mix. Mix everything for 3 minutes into a smooth batter. Divide the batter evenly on a cake tin. Place the chocolate cake in it center of the oven and bake for 50-60 min at 180 ° C. After baking, stick a skewer in the center of the cake and remove it to check if the cake is done. This is the case as soon as the skewer comes out of the cake dry. Let the cake cool in the tin.

Tip: For a vegan preparation replace the eggs with plant-based egg-replacer.
