BOB'S RED MILL G/F TEFF FLOUR 500G

his is highly nutritious whole grain flour is made from the smallest grain in the world.
Compared to other grains, it has a much larger percentage of bran and germ.
Teff flour has long been a nourishing staple of highland Ethiopians.
Now, you too can enjoy its light, unique flavour and bountiful nutrition.
Teff, the size of a poppy seed, is one of the most nutritionally impressive of all the gluten free grains.
It is high in fibre and a source of protein.
Gram for gram it contains more fibre rich bran and nutritious germ than any other grain and far more calcium, copper, dietary fibre, iron, manganese, thiamin, vitamin K, and zinc than for example quinoa.  
It has a light, nutty flavour.
Use in gluten-free baking with other flours to add an appealing taste and added nutrition.

Substitute up to 100g of Teff Flour per 25g of when flour in your favorite baked goods recipes for added nutrition and Teff's unique and wholesome flavour.
