We effect next day deliveries for local orders received by 7pm

Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

MERIDIAN DATE SYRUP 330G

This richly flavoured syrup contains 100% concentrate of pure dates with no additives or preservatives and is an excellent natural sweetener.

Can be used as a direct replacement for maple syrup, golden syrup, barley malt extract or honey. When replacing sugar with date syrup there is more trial and error required. As a starting point try 1 cup of date syrup = 1 cup sugar although you will have to reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe slightly.

Perfect for use in cakes, bakes or tagines or drizzle over pancakes, vegetables or chicken to create a sweet glaze. Alternatively, mix in equal proportions with our Tahini to make a delicious spread.

Suitable for vegans.

Not suitable for peanut, nut or sesame allergy sufferers
