Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

Enriched with nutrient-dense rye, amaranth and quinoa, and packed with wholegrain oats, this tasty new addition to the Nairn’s range showcases the extraordinary health benefits and rich flavours of ancient grains – one of the world’s most popular health foods.  

Ancient grains have been celebrated for centuries across the world as a natural source of health and wellbeing. 

  • Rye: twice as high in fibre as wheat flour, rye is a recognised prebiotic which supports friendly probiotic bacteria in the gut. It’s also a source of iron and magnesium which can help fight tiredness and fatigue, as well as zinc which can support a healthy immune system.
  • Amaranth: a fibre rich, naturally gluten-free, protein packed grain, packed with minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorous, manganese and magnesium.  Amaranth is also a source of zinc and phosphorus, which supports energy levels.
  • Quinoa: rich in vitamins, minerals and beneficial antioxidants, quinoa is naturally gluten-free and is one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids.

Our Ancient Grain Oatcakes are perfect as an on-the-go snack, great for pre or post work out, or to hide in your desk drawer for when hunger strikes! Wholegrain Oats (72%), Oat Protein (8%), Rye (8%), Sunflower Oil, Sustainable Palm Fruit Oil, Amaranth (3%), Quinoa (1.5%), Sea Salt, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate.
