Kefir is a drink with a light yeast flavour. In its regions of origin, Tibet and the Caucasus, the production of kefir has a long tradition. Due to its vitalising effect, kefir is also known there as the drink of the 100-year-olds. The fully matured My.Yo kefir drink contains millions of active cultures (Lactobacillus acidophilus). It's nice to be able to enrich your kefir with these little helpers.

- One bag of kefir ferment is needed to prepare 1 litre of LACTO PRO® kefir drink. The kefir can be inoculated up to 4 times, so one pack is enough for up to 15 litres of kefir milk (pack of 3) or 30 litres (pack of 6)
- Suitable for cow's milk (pasteurised, UHT milk, boiled direct milk, lactose-free milk) and soy milk
- Enriched with a high number of live lactobacteria Low in calories, fat and cholesterol

Maturation time: 24 hours at about 30°C
