UHT durable béchamel. The Béchamel Latte Reggiano light has over 60% less fat than the Béchamel Classic Latte Reggiano. 

Excellent for lasagne, cannelloni, gratins, soufflés and to enrich an endless number of dishes.

milk, cream, modified corn starch, corn starch, salt, thickener: xanthan gum (E415), natural nutmeg flavor.

Storage
