Unlike most other types of ramen noodles, King Soba's Ramen Noodle Cakes are not produced from wheat. They have a delicate texture and a delicious, nutty flavour which compliments a variety of dishes.

- Bring 1 litre of water to a boil.
- Add one noodle King Soba Organic Brown Rice Ramen Noodle Cake per person.
- When the noodles begin to unfold, separate them gently with a fork and then reduce the heat.
- Continue to cook for a maximum of three minutes or until the noodles are suitably soft.
- Strain through a colander & briefly rinse with cold water, before serving.
