PROBIOS WHOLEMEAL KAMUT FLOUR
The organic Kamut® flour by Probios comes from the wheat grains originally from Egypt, whose genetic pool and high nutritional value have been preserved intact along time. Kamut® has always been recognised as one of the most complete cereals. Rich in valuable nutrients, the result is an easy to digest, very tasty flour. Wholemeal Kamut does not undergo any kind of separation process and therefore, has a higher nutritional value. Suitable for making bread and crackers, toasted bread, bread sticks, schiacciate (pizza-like flatbread) and pizzas, and for baked confectionery as well. Thanks to a protected-atmosphere packing system, the taste quality of all Probios flours is preserved along time.
