FARABELLA GLUTEN FREE GARGANELLI PASTA 250G

Farabella gluten-free Garganelli have all the sun and authenticity of the Romagna tradition.
This exquisite pasta shape was originally conceived as an alternative to the much more famous Cappelletti romagnoli.
It is said that a cook ran out of filling for the Cappelletti and so, with the help of a comb from the loom at home and a thin cane, she rolled up the squares of pasta giving life to Garganelli, today among the most loved shapes... both in Italy and abroad!

At Farabella we produce them in a gluten-free version, with selected raw materials and according to the ancient pasta-making tradition of Fara San Martino and we recommend them with intense ragùs and oily pestos for first courses rich in flavour.

Available in 250g packs!
