Strozzapreti are among the oldest pasta shapes of the central-southern tradition. Extremely inviting for their appearance and consistency, they suggest the name of a delicious product for the Canons of the past that aroused the envy of the less fortunate.
At Farabella we make them in a gluten-free version and recommend them with full-bodied tomato ragù.
