The purity of the water, which comes from A Coruña itself, is essential to avoid unwanted taste. And one last ingredient to get that nutty aroma: corn. Lastly, yeast is of HdR selection.
The production process, from cooking to maturation, lasts 20 days. From there a special lager with a very bright golden color is obtained.
