ESTRELLA GALICIA GLUTEN FREE BEER 330ML

This is one of the Lager par excellence of Spanish beers. The meticulous selection of malts and hops undergoes a constant transformation during a production process that lasts 20 days. The result is a blonde beer that is attractive to the eye, with a balanced touch and marked by a hoppy flavor.

Thus, Corporación Hijos de Rivera has established itself as one of the reference factories in the Peninsula.

View:  Bright golden color with fine and persistent foam.
Smell:  Aromas of barley and malt, with toasted notes and hints of dried fruit.

Taste:  Neutral and light flavor, with a very marked nuance of hop flavor.

How is Estrella Galicia made? Ingredients and process.

The Estrella Galicia is Galician liquid gold. Its essence is based on a careful selection of top quality ingredients. Selected malts, Pilsen and roasted, come together with Nugget and Perle Hallertau hops to give it a uniquely balanced, hop-driven flavor.

The purity of the water, which comes from A Coruña itself, is essential to avoid unwanted taste. And one last ingredient to get that nutty aroma: corn. Lastly, yeast is of HdR selection.

The production process, from cooking to maturation, lasts 20 days. From there a special lager with a very bright golden color is obtained. Light and refreshing on the palate and with hints of toasted scents on the nose. Its alcohol content is moderate (5.5%). It is the perfect option for those looking for a smooth and refreshing beer.

How to take Estrella Galicia? Tips and pairing.

As a good lager worth its salt, the Estrella Galicia should be served fresh, at about five degrees, leaving a couple of fingers of foam. And accompanying? Lots of options. Fresh cheeses, cold vegetables, mushrooms, white fish and meat... Or even some snacks such as chips or olives.
