Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

CRUDOLIO FLAXSEED OIL 250G

Virgin Linseed Oil is produced and bottled in Italy, by mechanical pressing, from a careful selection of the best linseeds from 100% organic farming.

This oil is naturally rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially OMEGA-3 (alpha linolenic acid), which contribute to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3). One tablespoon (13ml) of Crudolio virgin linseed oil contains approximately 5 g of alpha-linolenic acid.

With a delicate flavour, the addition of orange flavoring gives the product that citrus freshness which makes it perfect as a salad dressing or light dishes such as fish carpaccio. It is excellent in the morning in yogurt or smoothies.
