BALVITEN BREAD MIX FLOUR 1KG

Gluten-free mix for baking bread, rolls, baguettes, pizza.

Developed especially for people intolerant to gluten.

 

Ingredients:  corn starch, rice flour, pea protein, soy protein, buckwheat flour, glucose, apple fiber, pea fiber, thickening agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, salt.

Store in a dry, cool place.

 

Bread recipe:

- 500 g Mix for Bread

- 10 g of instant or fresh yeast

- 500 ml of water

- 1 tablespoon of oil

- 1 teaspoon of salt

The ingredients should be at room temperature.

1. Put the mix into a bowl, add salt, water and instant yeast (dissolve fresh yeast in water and add to the rest of the ingredients).

2. Mix ingredients and slowly add oil. Knead the dough until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Put the dough into a greased tin, cover with a cloth and leave for 30 minutes, until the mass rises and doubles in volume.

3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (without hot air), put a baking tray / ovenproof dish on the bottom of the oven and fill it with warm water. Put the dough in the oven and bake it for about 50 minutes. After baking, remove from the mold and cool.
