Alce Nero organic soluble orzo is ideal for making a delicious and naturally caffeine-free drink, an ideal alternative to coffee and all stimulating drinks; ideal for children too. The hint of bitterness created by the chicory and rye delicately contrasts with the delicate flavour of the barley and the sweetness of the figs. Alce Nero organic orzo mix is made from 100% organic Italian barley.

Instructions for use: add two teaspoons of Orzo Mix to a mug, sweeten to taste with honey or sugar and dissolve in a desired quantity of hot or cold milk (or water or a plant-based drink).
