Mainly produced in the Chubu region of Japan, it is darker in appearance and richer in flavor than the traditional soy sauce.
Entirely produced in an biological way, free from additives and artificial preservatives. Add to sauces, soups, cooked in wok and marinades.

As well as that, the ingredients in this soy sauce have all been certified as organic by the Organic Soil Association.
