Bakery product - Piadina with high protein content

High protein content piadina made in Emilia Romagna. As good as a classic piadina, but in a fit version! Contains wheat flour, pea and rice protein and a mix of quinoa and wholemeal flour. It is a good source of minerals (phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, chromium).

How to use : Cook both sides on a non-stick plate or pan, without greasing, for a maximum of 2 minutes. Do not use the microwave or oven. Stuff to taste!
