TORRAS DARK COOKING CHOCOLATE 200G
Torras fondant chocolate to melt and make desserts.
How to use to melt:
Microwave: chop the chocolate, put it in a container and heat it for 90 seconds at 700W. Stir until obtaining a homogeneous consistency.
Bain-marie: chop the chocolate in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of water and heat in a bain-marie, stirring until completely melted.
INGREDIENTS:
Sweetener (maltitol), cocoa paste, cocoa butter, inulin, defatted cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of: milk, soy, nuts, sesame.
Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and soy.
