These piadinas (real Italian wraps) are made from spelt and oats. This makes the flavour and texture of the wraps very unusual. Piadinas are not just ready in no time, they can also be used in countless ways, such as a (folded) pizza, bread or pancake. Tasty with pesto, grilled vegetables and Mediterranean delicacies.

How to use it

Heat the wrap on both sides in a hot, dry skillet for a few seconds. Top with your favourite spread, vegetables and legumes.

How you keep it

After opening, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.
