Organic flaxseed is a multifunctional superfood. It is high in both protein and fibre. You can bake, bind and garnish with it. Have you ever heard of the 'flax egg'? It means that you can use flaxseed as a substitute for egg. Grind 1 tablespoon of seeds to flour, mix with 3 tablespoons of water and bind your baking the vegan way.
