Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €6 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

Rice wafers with sunflower seeds from Sonko are a tasty option for a nutritious breakfast. Sunflower seeds have a nutty flavor and many nutrients. They go perfectly with cottage cheese or cold meats, and also as a nutritious solo snack - for mountain expeditions or for a family picnic!
