Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

Rude Health’s snack bars are an allotment full of fruit & veg in a fudgy bar with seeds & nuts thrown in for good measure. And if that isn’t enough they are wheat-free, gluten-free and made with no refined sugar.
