All references are guaranteed gluten-free. Lagar agar is a selection of red algae (Gelidium, Gracialaria) with gelling power with a neutral flavor, excellent for preparing dessert or aspic jellies. It requires a short cooking in water and subsequent rest at room temperature or in the fridge.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
It requires a short cooking in water and subsequent rest at room temperature or in the fridge. Use 2g for jams (for 1 kg of sweetener + fruit + liquid). Use 4g for fruit jellies and desserts (for 600g of sweetener + fruit or vegetable + liquid).
