Ingredients
Pulses: (chickpea flakes, red lentil flakes) 26,2%, tigernut sliced, inulin syrup, rice flour, buckwheat, sunflower seeds 11,2%.
Preparation
Take 50g crunchy and add 200ml milk or milk substitute.
