CORNFLAKES:
This is what you might call an 'iron start' to the day. These cornflakes are made from maize. They contain a full range of vitamin B varieties, as well as fibre and iron.
INGREDIENTS:
Corn 93%, sugar, salt, corn glucose
PREPARATION:
Take 50g cornflakes and add 200ml milk.
Tip: Use a milk substitute for a milk-free recipe.
