Ingredients:
40% swallowed wheat starch*, 26% white rice flour*, 20% brown rice flour*, 10% rice starch*, 2% apple fiber*, 2% yeast* (*organic ingredients)
How to use the products:
Salty (bread, pizza) salt 10 gr, sugar 10g hot water 750-800ml (65º).
Put the mix in a bowl. Knead for 5 minutes.
Cover with a transparent film and let the dough rise for 2 hours or until the volume doubles.
Pour into a mold covered with baking paper and distribute it evenly.
Season and put in the preheated oven and cook at 220º for 30-35 minutes.
Check that it is cooked before removing it from the oven.
Sweet: Powdered sugar 500gr, sunflower oil 200ml, hot water 750-800 ml (65º).
Put the mix in a bowl. knead for 5min.
Cover with transparent film and let the dough rise for 2 hours, or until the volume doubles.
Pour into a cake or muffin mold and bake at 180º for 30-35 minutes.
