FiberPasta pasta has the same flavor and pleasantness as traditional Italian pasta. The wheat used is exclusively of Italian origin , where we select the best high quality durum wheat semolina. We also ensure that glyphosate is absent in the grain used for the production of our pasta  .

LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX AND HIGH FIBER AMOUNT

FiberPasta pasta contains  15% fiber  (more than double the traditional wholemeal pasta), a  low GI 23 glycemic index and is obtained exclusively from durum wheat semolina with the functional addition of inulin (soluble vegetable fiber). The high fiber content increases satiety without causing swelling and slows down the absorption of carbohydrates, contributing to a lower calorie absorption and a reduction in the glycemic peak.

FiberPasta pasta is recommended by dieticians, dieticians and nutritionists in low glycemic index diets, for weight and cholesterol control  and as an aid to promote intestinal transit. It is also very useful in the sports diet, thanks to the slow release of carbohydrates which maintains energy for a long time.

In 2001 FiberPasta pasta was certified with the  Ministry of Health's Decree as a food suitable for diabetics.
