Very practical slices of homemade bread in single portions of two, the Panfette complete the cooking in the oven or on the plate and bring to the table the timeless pleasure of freshly baked bread. Suggestions for use : the consistency of the Panfette varies depending on the minutes of cooking - 3/4 minutes at 220 ° for a soft crumb enclosed in a crispy crust at the right point - 4/6 minutes at 220 ° for greater crunchiness, ideal for the preparation of bruschetta and fettunte. The Panfette give the best of themselves as soon as they are baked.

Ingredients

Water, corn starch, rice flour, psylium fibers, rice starch, potato proteins, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, 2% extra virgin olive oil, humidifier: sorbitol syrup, glucose-fructose syrup , thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, salt, yeast, flavorings. May contain traces of lupine, mustard and soybeans. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
