NUTREND VO2 BOOST (60 TABLETS)
The main ingredients include the AAKG amino-acid, citrulline malate, and iron for oxygen transfer in the body, fatigue reduction, as well as vitamin C for a normal immune system function. In addition, the recommended dose of 4 tablets contains 200% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin B1, contributing to normal energy metabolism and proper heart function.
Recommended dosage: activity duration up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets ca. 45 min. before the start of the physical activity. Activity duration greater than 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 min. before the start and 2 tablets halfway during the physical activity. The maximum daily amount is 4 tablets. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
