Tasting notes, a wonderful deep chocolate with hints of lemon, orange, pineapple, orange blossom, jasmine and a nutty character. Single origin cocoa from high up in the Waslala region in the natural reserve of Bosawas, Nicaragua, grows this unique Criollo/Trinitario cocoa bean, hiding its amazing taste. The geographical area declared a bio sphere reserve by Unesco in 1977 and the largest forest reserve in central America. Its land is carefully cultivated in small 3ha farms by a very small group of highly passionate farmers.
