HILLTOP CREAMED HONEY 110G

Hilltop Honey is pure, their Welsh honey is perfectly local - from the hills and valleys of Montgomeryshire, while their British Honey is made by British bees that are kept by their fellow bee keepers from other UK apiaries. This particular honey is smooth with a rich wildflower flavour and a light golden colour.   For hundreds of years honey has been known to have natural healing properties for example a anti-bacterial ointment used by the Egyptians many years ago and is still today believed by many to have natural healing properties.

Hilltop Honey's raw creamed honey is a fantastic mixture of raw oilseed rape honey and raw wildflower honey. Creamed honey was created to provide a consistent product. Unlike their wildflower honeys that will eventually set, creamed honey will stay a buttery like consistency without setting so you can rely on it being spreadable instead of crystallised. There is no cream in the honey, its just the way in which they get it to a creamy like state. For the easiest explanation they whisk the two honeys together, like you would double cream, until the honey becomes the right consistency. Creamed honey is strong in flavour and great for spreading on toast in the morning.
