Natures Aid Complete EFA is sourced from small oily fish; Anchovies, Sardines and Pilchards from the South Pacific Ocean.


Natures Aid Complete EFA contributes to the normal function of the heart.* (*Beneficial effect obtained with daily intake of 3 softgels.)


DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.


These oily fish are combined with sources of Omega 6 and Omega 9, to provide a balanced ratio of Omega 3, 6, & 9 essential fatty acids.
