WHAT IT IS:
We’ve got your family favourites sorted with the Moving Mountains® Fish Fingers. These flavourful fingers have a succulent flaky texture and are wrapped in crunchy golden breadcrumbs. Serve with chips and peas, in a sandwich or dunked straight into ketchup for a delicious treat.

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW:
• 100% free of hormones, antibiotics & GMO ingredients

Ingredients:

Water, Wheat flour, vegetable protein (Soya protein concentrate), vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed), starch (maize, Wheat, potato,
rice), thickener (methyl cellulose, cellulose), natural flavouring, salt, maltodextrin, spice extract, spices.

For allergens see ingredients in Bold. Made in a factory where Peanuts & Nuts are present.

How to cook:

Hob
1.
 Cook from frozen.
2. Add oil to a frying pan.
3. Fry on medium heat for ~5 minutes.
4. Fry on both sides, flipping regularly until piping hot throughout.
5. Make sure the Fingers are cooked thoroughly before eating.

Oven
1. Cook from frozen.
2. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
3. Place the Fingers onto a baking tray.
4. Bake in oven for ~15 mins until golden brown.
5. Make sure the Fingers are cooked thoroughly before eating.

 

All appliances vary, cooking instructions are provided as a guideline only. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly prior to serving. Cook from frozen. If thawed or cooked, do not refreeze and consume within 48 hours. Do not reheat.
