ALCE NERO SPELT BISCUITS 300G

Alce Nero organic spelt biscuits are made using only extra-virgin olive oil and without eggs, flavourings or animal fats. The flour comes exclusively from spelt that has been grown within Italy. spelt, one of the oldest types of grain to be cultivated by man, is distinguished by its nutritional properties and because it’s a source of fibre. This special recipe makes them crumbly and delicious, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

spelt flour (38%)*, spelt flakes (29%)*, cane sugar*, extra-virgin olive oil* (14%), rice syrup*, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), salt. * Organic

Allergens

Contains gluten. May contain traces of other grains, eggs, milk, almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts and soya.

Methods of conservation

Store in a dry cool place, away from light. Carefully close the pack after opening.
