Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

The Organic Twists made from red lentil flour will surprise you with their unique and tasty taste. 250g bag.

Since 1936, the  Lazzaretti  family has been manufacturing and selling pasta in Avignon in Provence. It was in the 1980s that the company started producing  organic pasta .

All the tagliatelle and butterflies are cold rolled and very fine, for a taste rendering to the height of the fresh dough and a rapid cooking of 5 minutes. The whole production is dried slowly at low temperature for 12 to 18 hours. This, unlike intensive industrial methods, allows the dough to rest, giving it more smoothness after cooking, and guaranteeing better conservation of nutritional qualities.

Made in Avignon in the  Lazzaretti workshops ,  the  Torsades made with organic coral lentils  are spiral-shaped and dried at low temperature.
