LAZZARETTI GREEN LENTIL FUSILLI 250G

The Organic Lazzaretti Twists made from green lentil flour will surprise you with their unique and tasty taste. From French origin and manufacture. 250g bag.

All the tagliatelle and butterflies are cold rolled and very fine, for a taste rendering to the height of the fresh dough and a rapid cooking of 5 minutes. The whole production is dried slowly at low temperature for 12 to 18 hours. This, unlike intensive industrial methods, allows the dough to rest, giving it more smoothness after cooking, and guaranteeing better conservation of nutritional qualities.

Made in Avignon in the Lazzaretti workshops , the Torsades made with organic green lentils are spiral-shaped and dried at low temperature.
