INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Pour one portion – 5 g (1 level scoop) into a container with 150 – 200 ml of water or juice and mix thoroughly. Use according to individual needs and not more often than two times per day, e.g. before and after training and/or in the morning before a meal. Consume immediately after preparation.
