PEAKS LEMON CAKE MIX 450G
PREPARATION FOR 3-4 PERSONS:
Bring the ingredients to room temperature. Take 225g margarine or butter and mix it into a smooth batter. Add to this 4 eggs and 450g cake mix. Beat for a few minutes until an airy mass. Pour the batter into a large cake tin or two smaller cake cans. Bake the cake at 180 ° C in 50 - 60 minutes.
